The only region that meets both east and west of the coutry.  T his region was sorrounded by manila Bay to the South, South china sea to the west and the Philippines sea to the east. The Beauty of Cagayan Valley 𝚋𝚢: 𝑅𝑜𝑔𝑒𝑙𝑦𝑛 𝑉𝑢𝑒𝑙𝑏𝑎 Cagayan is the largest region in the Philippines which is located in Northeastern section of Luzon.It is composed of fire Philippines provinces like Batanes,Cagayan,Isabela,Nueva Vizcaya and Quirino.
